Suggestions for a "Mommy & Daddy Only" Caribbean Vacation?
First a little background: Wife and I have been married for 8 years and have 14 month old twin girls! We haven’t been on an actual vacation in about 2 years since before we had the girls. We’re looking to cash in some airline points and go someplace fun for a week this summer. We REALLY like islands, and want to go someplace where we can relax while still having the option of going out at night and doing a little partying! Not interested in "lifestyle" type resorts like Hedonism, but we still want an adults only resort with no kids. Any suggestions based on personal experience?
FYI: Past vacations have two western caribbean cruises on Princess & Carnival, Sandals Jamaica Ocho Rios, St. Maarten, St. Barts, Cancun, Riviera Maya, Oahu, Kauai, Cabo, and Grand Caymens. Thinking of St. Lucia but airline miles rules would have us making 4 stops before arriving late in the evening!

Lord have mercy! Ya’ll DO go "island-hopping"! (lol)
Sounds like you’ve never been to the FLA Keys?
If you want Sun, Fun, Beauty, & a touch of "old FLA" charm, try Big Pine Key or Key West.
It’s in the US, (no custom’s "hassle’s" if you are a citizen), has the "island" comfort you are striving for, & should be less expensive than any of the vaca’s you mention above.
As I’m sure your aware, Key West has plenty of "adult-pleasures" to explore, and can be very "laid-back" as well.
Me & my Wife vaca at Little Torch Key every other year, (just wish we didn’t have to bring our kids!! lol). Little Torch is far enough away from Key West so we can enjoy the solitude and "pristine beauty" of an island-style vaca; then we drive IN to Key West for a "cocktail".
We either rent a house on a canal/with a boat, (around $1500-1700 a week), or just stay at Parmour’s Place.
This vaca may be a bit "mundane" for your taste.
Anyway, have a happy holiday!
